Can You Microwave The Fudge?

Yes, you can also make this Christmas fudge recipe in the microwave.

Simply melt the chocolate chips for about one minute, stir to melt, and microwave in increments of 10 seconds if more time is needed.

Add the rest of the ingredients, pour into the square pan, and add the holiday sprinkles on top.

Is Evaporated Milk Or Condensed Milk Better For Fudge?

Both ingredients make delicious fudge. Evaporated milk is the more traditional ingredient for making fudge. You must cook the fudge that contains evaporated milk.

If using condensed milk, you can microwave the fudge. You will most likely not need sugar if making the fudge with sweetened condensed milk.
