What types of workspaces does the typical YourOffice community provide?

We provide private individual and team offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and flex desks for a wide variety of clients ranging from local entrepreneurs to international corporations. Although we provide flexible terms, many of our clients stay with us for many years and often grow within our workplaces. Go to our “Locations” page to contact the YourOffice Community Manager about workspace availability in your city of interest.

Does YourOffice provide other services beyond workspaces?

Yes we do. All our services are designed to help you focus on your business. Go to our “Resources” page to learn more or contact your Community Manager.

What types of networking opportunities are available?

YourOffice values connection, not just through technology but also through connecting clients to each other and the outside community. Whether it be through regular curated lunch-and-learn sessions, wine and cheese events, holiday gatherings, impromptu food deliveries, or strategic referrals, we want you to make the right contacts to help you succeed. We also value a comfortable and professional environment that respects your right to privacy and inclusion on your terms. If you know someone who would appreciate being in the YourOffice community, also let us know, and we will compensate you for a referral that turns into a client!

What are YourOffice typical hours of operation? Do I have access on weekends?

Typical business hours at YourOffice are 8:30-5:00 pm Monday-Friday, but check with your Community Manager as some hours vary slightly. Resident office clients always have access to their offices 24-7. For virtual clients, check with your Community Manager about your particular program and after-hours and weekend access.

Does YourOffice have onsite parking? Is each community secure?

All YourOffice locations have on-site parking. In most instances, parking is free. Structured parking in downtown locations comes with an additional, nominal fee. Each location also has either on-site security or regular patrols after hours and is strategically chosen by us with client safety and security always in mind.

What is the cost for an office or workspace at YourOffice?

Rates do vary depending on the market, whether it is an individual office or team office, office size, exterior or interior, and length of term. Although most of our clients have initial terms of 6 or 12 months, we do offer month-to-month terms and longer terms with rate adjustments. We also offer daily offices through virtual agreements or by the hour or day at a preferred rate for YourOffice clients. Go to our “Locations” page, scroll to the desired location, and consult with your Community Manager on which workspace program is right for you and your company.

How do I make reservations for meeting rooms?

YourOffice makes meeting room reservations easy through a client portal, phone, or email. Contact your location staff for the reservation details for your workplace.
