549 LOITERING WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Dallas City finds that the act of loitering should not be allowed within the City Limits of the City of Dallas City, and that such action by persons can cause interference to those individuals legitimately using areas of the City of Dallas City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Dallas City finds it important to define loitering and to enumerate a fine for failing to comply with a police officer requesting that individuals move on from a location. If the cards are returned, the County Clerk's office will attempt to locate the new addresses and determine if the voter is still a resident in Henderson County, If you do not receive a card or any information on the card is incorrect, please notify the County Clerk's office at Ruth Harvey Ruth Ann Harvey, age 7 71 of Peoria, died at 10:13 a.m. Saturday, August 16,. 2003, in Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, following a brief illness. She was born December 23, 1931, in Carman, the daughter of Raymond and Mildred Tompkins Anderson. On November 9, 1951, she married Dewayne Harvey in Stronghurst.

Mrs. Harvey graduated from Stronghurst High School in 1949. She had worked as a secretary for KBUR radio station in Burlington, IA, for six years, and for a construction company in Ottawa for several years. More recently, she was a secretary for APACE Architects in Peoria for 10 years, retiring in 1994. Survivors include her husband; one daughter- Chris Wasik, and her husband Richard of Peru: one son- Craig Harvey, and his wife Gail of Morning Sun, IA: 4 grandchildren- Dr.

Brett Wasik. Barry Wasik, Jessica Harvey, and Katlyn Harvey: one sisterLaura Westerbeck of Des Peres, MO: and two brothersLee Anderson of Texas, and Jay Anderson of Carman. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers- Guy and Roy Anderson. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 19.

Charles, the son of Cypian and Lena E. "Lizzie" Doiron Pelate. At the age of five, the family moved to St. Genevieve, MO, where he was reared and educated. He married Maude O.

McKinney on December 24, 1937, at Palmyra, Missouri. She survives. Ray began as a boat carpenter and worked on and built boats for St. Genevieve Boat. Raymond then was in construction and was general superintendent for several companies including Housewright in La Harpe, and George A.

Fuller Construction on various projects. He supervised construction in various states including Washington, Kentucky, Kansas and the City of Chicago. He retired in 1979. Raymond was a member of the Oquawka Masonic Lodge 123 and enjoyed gardening and flowers and doing yard work. He enjoyed nature in general.

Surviving are his wife of Oquawka: one son. Robert A. (Betty) Hoskins of Galesburg; one granddaughter; three great -grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents. four brothers and two sisters.

Cremation has been accorded. No services are currently being planned. Turnbull Funeral Home. Monmouth. is in charge of arrangements.
